Why intuition?
With planning and control alone we are not able to manage nowadays companies and organizations succesfully. It needs Self-Organization. And it needs the fitting framework requirements for them. The pendat to an organizational Self-Organization is the individual Intuition. It is self-organizing data and information processing. And this can be much more effective than consciously organized thinking and acting. Intuition is one of the answers on the questions which arise through the rising uncertainty in nowadays companies.
